Brudvik Law hosts open house to show off renovations inside downtown office building

Brett Brudvik’s office building in the heart of Hillsboro may have one of the coolest break rooms for its employees in the entire state.
It’s certainly the safest.
It’s hard to find many newly furbished break rooms inside century-old bank vaults.
After more than two years of remodeling, Brudvik Law Office showed off its newly renovated digs to the public Tuesday during an open house at 1 N. Main St.
Brudvik Law has tackled bigger remodeling projects in the past – including converting an old animal clinic into a law office in West Fargo – but crews had their hands full refurbishing the firm’s 127-year-old downtown building in Hillsboro.
“This was an older building than we were used to,” Brudvik said Tuesday. “That made it more of a challenge, more so than with a newer building.”
